of my photographs of the wind turbine at the University of Minnesota
West Central Research and Outreach Center on the cover of the 2007 Annual
Report of the American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment.

Meth
in the Heartland documentary noted in UMD annual report
We were pleasantly surprised the documentary Meth
in the Heartland: A Community's Response was a noted achievement
in the College of Education and Human Service Professions section of
the University of Minnesota Duluth 2006-07 Annual Report. Jim and Jill
Beauregard, Casey Wagner and myself produced the documentary as our
final project in our master's degree program in 2006.

'Echoes
of Cry of the Marsh' nominated for 2007 Upper Midwest Emmy Award
The documentary Echoes of Cry of the Marsh was nominated for
an emmy award in the documentary category from the Upper Midwest Chapter
of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). Unfortunately,
we didn't bring home the award, nonetheless, we are very pleased of the
nomination. Joining me at the awards gala on October 20th was Christopher
Butler, writer and researcher of the project, and Bob Hartkopf, the impetus
of the documentary.

Story
on 'Echoes of Cry of the Marsh' in Morris Sun-Tribune
The Morris Sun-Tribune did an excellent story on the production of the documentary
Echoes of Cry of the Marsh. This documentary will be released nationally
on PBS in Fall 2007. I served as director, photographer and editor of the

A press release was on the web site of the University of Minnesota Morris about
the upcoming 'sneak peak' local broadcast of Echoes
of Cry of the Marsh on Pioneer Public Television. This documentary will
be released nationally on PBS in Fall 2007.

'Combating
the scourge' story on University of Minnesota UMNnews
As the final project for my master's degree, I co-produced a documentary
from the field research we collected called 'Meth in the Heartland: A
Community's Response'. This article appeared on the homepage of the University
of Minnesota Twin Cities web site for a week, which receives two million
hits per day.

mend gap in meth education' - The
UMD Statesman 
The University of Minnesota Duluth student newspaper, The Statesman wrote
a short article about the documentary 'Meth in the Heartland: A Community's
Response' which I co-produced for my master's research project.

Minn. 620's "Eagle Observer" judged top winner of 2005 - 16kb
The Grand Aerie of the Fraternal Order of Eagles selected Morris Aerie's
newsletter, The Eagle Observer as the best newsletter of 2005.
I serve as editor and designer.

Eagles add four-legged member - 16kb
The Morris Eagles was the sole funding provider for the Morris
Drug Dog Program in Morris, Minnesota. The Grand Aerie Fraternal Order
of Eagles did a story in its official publication on the drug dog program
and our involvement, which I was quoted.
